The Metrology Department, adjacent and complementary to the production area, has been designed specifically to allow us to have a complete and efficient control on all the processes that involve the production stages of each of our optical components. Through this philosophy we are able to offer to our customer a range of products with the highest qualities, certified and guarantee by our instruments, while reducing scraps.
Tecnottica Metrology Department is fitted out with:
1. Interferometer Schneider SLI 101 equipped with hardware Zygo 4”
2.Interferometer Optotech OWI 150 XT equipe with hardware Zygo 6” and software Zygo Metro Pro
3. Focometer Trioptics OptiSpheric
4. Radii measurement system Trioptics SpheroCompact

The previous machines allow us to set up the following measurements, which can be provided accompanied with their relative Certificate of Measurement:
• Sub-micron Radii measurements
• Wedge Angles measurements
• Effective Focal Lengths (EFL) of single elements and complete optical systems
• Back Focal Lengths (BFL) of single elements and complete optical systems
• Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) of high resolution imaging optical systems (performed @ 546 nm)
•Optical Surfaces Qualitiy analysis in accordance with the ISO10110 standards
