Tecnottica Consonni is able to produce circular plates with diameter up to 310 mm or non-circular plano optics with diagonal up to 400 mm with different levels of polishing and optical accuracies. Thanks to our high precision CNC machines we can be built each kind of plano optics in according with specifications and drawings provided by the customer. Depending on the thickness of disks or plates requested, Tecnottica can also ensure polishing at different levels of optical flatness. Also for this category of items are available specific Anti-Reflection coatings for ultraviolet (UV), visible (VIS) and near infrared (NIR and SWIR). For some types of materials we can also can provide the processing of chemical and thermal tempering.
