Spherical lenses occupy a very important slice of the production of Tecnottica. We make available to our customers a wide range of spherical lenses with diameters between Ø 3 mm and Ø 310 mm and, thanks to a series of CNC fully automated machines for the processing of optical surfaces, we can guarantee the realization of any radius of curvature and shapes requested.
For diameters between Ø 3 mm up to Ø150 mm Tecnottica can guarantee, if required, spherical surfaces with high quality levels of polishing, particularly suitable for the realization of optical elements included in systems for images acquisition. We are able to obtain surface accuracies up to λ/20, tested and certified through our interferometers, and optical centering with values less than 1'.
